Solace Arts Photography is available for the following commissions:

• Weddings & Engagements
• Lifestyle Portraits
• Professional Headshots
• Product & Website Photography

Booking Policy
All Coverage & Creation fees are required to be paid in full prior to your event or session. Wedding dates are reserved only with a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer fee. Lifestyle Portrait and Headshot Session fees are due at time of booking to reserve your date & time. Product & Website Photography is bid individually by project, and must be paid in full prior to the shoot date. There is a $75 fee on all returned checks. All fees paid are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule a session, 24 hours notice is required. Please be courteous and on time. If you are running late please call me. We do our best to be flexible with our clients, but we cannot always guarantee being able to stay longer if you are late for your session. Your time will not be pro-rated. 

Model Release
All clients will be asked to sign a model release. Those under 18 years of age will need a parent or guardian to sign with them. Solace Arts Photography retains copyright of all images taken.

NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT
It is illegal to scan prints, right-click or screen shot online proofs or online images featured on websites, make copies from prints, sell, or alter images received in CD/DVD or print format. For information on how to obtain written permission for personal use of the images from your session, please contact us. This includes utilizing images for web uses, such as blogs, Myspace, Facebook, etc.  

All images indefinitely remain under copyright of Solace Arts Photography.
